Expect red & black fruits: cherries, raspberries, plums, maybe blackberry. Also floral notes like violet, subtle balsamic smoke, undergrowth or forest floor, hints of incense, minerals. Silky texture, fresh and vibrant despite aging. Polished tannins, good acidity, quite elegant. Mineral undertones. Spices like white pepper, possibly fennel, cocoa or slight wood
