Casa Castillo Monastrell Ecologico Ribera del Duero This wine is juicyCasa Castillo Monastrell is a blend of 60% Monastrell, 20% Garnacha and 20% Syrah, partly (up to 35% of them) from vines on the valley floor, where there's a higher content in silt. The destemmed grapes fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts, and the wine matured in 5,000 liter oak foudres and 500 liter oak barrels for 12 months.
