I fought the urge to sleep in and woke up in time to capture the first sunrise over Denver

however the clouds to the east prevented the moonrise from being visible at my location

however usually by Memorial Day Weekend it is open again connecting Estes Park with Grand Lake

The folded card is 5"x7" and the inside of the holiday card has the greeting: Happy Holidays

As the snow was ending I headed out and photographed around town

Building Reflection in the Snow Size:16"x20" I fought the urge toA spring storm dropped some snow along the Front Range of Colorado. With the warm temperatures the few days before this the accumulated snow did not amount to much but even so I grabbed my camera and headed out into the city. Walking near the Denver Art Museum I noticed the reflection of a building with the snow still on the granite bench for this image.
