Magnum Editions: Caio, Itacaré, Brazil, 2020 Exhibition Poster all of which have receivedIn August 2020, Cristina de Middel traveled to Brazil to document life during the pandemic for 12 year old Caio as part of the UNICEF project, Generation Covid. Caio lives with his mother in Itacar, a coastal town in the state of Baha, and spent most of his days during the pandemic outdoors after schools closed in March. Caio has been waiting for something to happen but he does not know exactly what or how to move on and if that is even a possibility.
