With the stadium in lower downtown there are plenty of great views of it with the skyline of Denver and from inside you have a great vantage of the Rocky Mountains

like the transition of two panels of the car brings a natural or permanent line into the frame

Waiting for the traffic to head into the scene I captured a thirty second exposure of a mixture of moving traffic as well as cars waiting for the light to change so they may be on their way in the early evening

Chilkat Range at Night 2024 Calendar Zinnia and DaisyOn a November evening I headed to North Douglas and a vantage point that I knew you could see the Chilkat Range in the distance. Once again under a moonlight evening I used a long exposure to capture the scene. The stars you see in this image do not do it justice for what I saw just a 15 minute drive from downtown Juneau. From this vantage point the mountains are the boundary between the Lynn Canal and Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve.
