The pendant is accented with chunky old cut diamonds, natural sapphires, and a natural ruby. The piece was originally an antique brooch (circa 1910) transformed with the addition of a 14k gold jump ring bail. The pendant measures 1. 3 inches from top to bottom by 1 inch wide, and it is in excellent condition. It is accompanied by an 18 inch, 14k gold chain. Materials:
