Colterenzio Pfefferer Sun Captain Morgan Vinification: Once the grapes arrivedThis white wine from Colterenzio Winery is a limited edition that comes from the use of three grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon. These varieties are harvested at the same time and subsequently vinified. Then follows the fermentation at 15 C in steel vats and a refinement on fine yeasts.
