Wheelhouse usually makes a delicious spruce tip pale ale, but we thought wed Dageraad up the beer and make a mixed culture saison with them. Spruce tips are surprisingly fruity, with a light resiny character and the mixed culture fermentation adds a light tartness and a bit of funk. 5. 0% abv, 4 x 355mL
