This amazing caftan dress is on a light silk dyed a stunning shade of blue with the design hand painted onto the fabric in a pretty pinks and yellows anchored with blacks

The jacket (which you can easily wear on its own without anything under it)  slips on and buttons to close

The cut is very simple but extremely well executed with wide straps over the shoulder that suspend the dress as it falls in a sleek sheath

This one (and the other found with it) was made by hand applying sequin after sequin on a cotton cording - gold under the gold and black under the black - and then forming and stitching the resulting bands of sequins into the cap as you see it
