It is very well made and the construction has lots of demi couture derailing. The exterior fabric is a silk organza printed with a pretty floral design. This is layered over and inner lining of navy silk. The white cuffs and collar give it a sweet feel and the wide belt ]. I love the skirt it has lots of fabric in there and the silk organza over the silk lining
