The weight plate mounts to the rear of the SMS single or dual via stainless steel book screws included with each harness. Supports up to 18 lbs. (8. 2 kg) of weight, 3 lbs. (1. 4 kg) per pocket with 6 pocket total. Weight pockets have hook & loop fastener closures and accept hard or soft pouch weights. The Hollis SMS
