The cut is fairly simple with no sleeves and a scooped neckline. The waist nips in and the skirt is set with spaced inverted pleating so you don't get any bulk around the middle but the skirt is still allowed to widen as it reaches to the floor in one beautiful sweep. A wide, long sash of
