The fabric is a high quality rayon silk in solid black with a precious floral silk lace ornament on chest, back and bottom skirt. She has an adorable handmade Daisy with two black leaves on the neckline. Superb shoulders and sleeves closing with snap buttons. The back collar closes with loop buttons. Not sure if the belt is the one that belongs to this dress but it looks good on it and it is included. The dress
