Johanna, a native of Columbia is known for her signature ruffles and off the shoulder silhouettes both of which are playfully down in a soft, light denim for this short. A play of a the Western look it has deep blue cording that runs all the way around and snap buttons to close. The denim used is a dyed a pale blue. The
