There is a pattern worked into the fabric and parts of it are raised and puffed with a different finish then the parts that are not raised

The dress is tagged a size 4 but should fit a range of sizes as the style is very easy to wear and forgiving

polished wood buttons close the coat and adorn each sleeve and the skirt is amazingly constructed with lots of fullness

8" W x 6" H x 2" D - the handle adds 6" to the height

His pieces that utilized quilting and patchwork are truly iconic and it is fun to have found a dress that was obviously done in homage to his work. This dress has some small flaws but it is still well made and a great way to get this look without the big price tags associated with The Malcolm Starr label these days. The bodice
