The hat has a black felt base, with the crown and sides covered in glossy, crinkled synthetic raffia. A plain black felt band runs around the front. The tall silhouette is designed to sit slightly back on the head. No makers label is present. Inner circumference: 53 cm 20. 75" Maximum height: 14 cm 5. 5" Fits a head circumference of approximately 53 cm. In good vintage condition.
